Returns policy

To return an item, your must call us at (450) 445-1000 or 1-866-445-9001
or contact us by e-mail at info@sosqc.com in order to receive a return merchandise authorization number (R.M.A.).

Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have and R.M.A.N.

Any returned items must be in their original packaging as it was shipped and unopened, damaged or opened items will not be accepted.

Custom or special orders are not returnable.

We make every effort to make this site helpful and accurate. An occasion, product styles may differ or change from the image provided by the manufacturer. The images are for illustration purchase only, so it is important to verify the product description before purchase.

Products being returned for reasons other than defects or mis-shipments are subject to a restacking fee of 25%.

Transport charges are the responsibilities of the buyer.

Your order is carefully packed to arrive safety should any damage be caused during shipment, immediately notify the carrier and file a claim with them. If the damage is obvious upon receipt, you may refuse the shipment.
